Travel Documents

• We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to invalid documents

Payment Processing

• Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation

• All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment systems
• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified

Fees and Charges

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel-Resorts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Travel-Resorts. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Your interactions with third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) are solely between you and such providers. We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from such interactions.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Travel-Resorts and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the Service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
